EMLN Winner Davidson Obennebo emerges 1st black winner

EMLN 2016 winner; Davidson Obennebo wins the Elite Model Look finals in Lisbon making history!

Davidson Obennebo wins the Elite Model Look finals at the grand event held in Lisbon on 23rd November 2016.

Obennebo who makes history as first model of colour to win in 33 years won the Elite Model Look Nigeria 2016 alongside Omoh Momoh at the Aquafina Elite Model Look Nigeria 2016 held on October 1st 2016 at the Oriental Hotel. 

The 20 year old Nigerian beat 62 finalists from 36 countries from different parts of the world to win with Jana, a 15-year old from Czech Republic who were both proclaimed overall winners for the 2016 grand edition.

Davidson Obennebo and Jana will receive contracts worth a 150.000 Euros and 50.000 Euros respectively with the top 15 winners ( 10 females and 5 males) receiving a two-year contract with the Elite worldwide network.

 

This year’s contestants were joined on stage for the finale catwalks by foremost modelling talents and all cast of alumni of Elite Model World including Irina Djuranovic, Nyasha Matonhodze, Tami Williams, Sasha Luss, Jess Picton-Warlow, Marilhea Peillard, Egor Antonov, Cristi Isofii, Mariano Ontanon, Alessio Pozzi, Steven Teddy Chevrin and more.
